Refund Terms
By using our Services, you agree to the following refund terms:
- One-Time Payments
All services that require a one-time payment are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made for any such service, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. - Subscription-Based Services
For subscription-based services, any disputes or requests for refunds must be negotiated within one week of the charge being applied. After this period, we reserve the right to deny any refund requests.
Refunds for cancellation of subscription services will be credited in bank account within 7 business days after deducting the amount for the period for which service is availed. - Payment Processing
Refunds may be processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions in addition to ours. - Late Payments
Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to our services, and may affect your eligibility for refunds. - Taxes
Refunds will be processed for the amount paid minus any applicable taxes, unless otherwise required by law.
